Yacht charter in Corsica for an exclusive holiday

diving between Corsica and Sardinia

Renting a luxury yacht in Corsica is the best way to discover this unique paradise. In our navigation itinerary along the coasts of Corsica we will sail between the islands of the Strait of Bonifacio and then west to the city of Bonifacio.

Corsica is a wild and jagged island in the Mediterranean with many exclusive coves and sandy beaches bathed by crystal clear waters. Many of them are only accessible by sea. Precisely for this reason the best way to ‘experience’ Corsica is on board a boat.

Ajaccio is the main town of South Corsica and a must to explore the culture of this unique island. From upscale shops and restaurants to an international airport. And it is poriop from this marina that your vacation begins aboard a charter yacht.

Piana Island

One of the first beautiful landings to take your breath away for the crystal clear color of the water and the fine white sand is the Isola Piana: a small island connected to the mainland by a sandy isthmus that you can walk, being able to admire it on board a yacht literally takes your breath away.

The bay is usually very popular in summer, both by boats and by tourists who crowd the beach, if you go as far as land along the sandy isthmus you can visit the ruins of a villa / warehouse of the Roman era or simply take an aperitif at the beach bar. To the southeast of Isola Piana are the two most famous places of the Parco delle Bocche di Bonifacio, the Isola di Cavallo and the islands of Lavezzi.

Cavallo is the island of VIP glories, breathtaking villas, and it is forbidden to walk beyond the beach line. What you can do is moor at Cala di Zeri on the east side or at Cala Alga on the west side. To welcome you crystal clear waters, fish with wonderful colors that have nothing to envy to the Caribbean.

Lavezzi is instead an uninhabited island, an accumulation of stones smoothed by the sea and the wind over the centuries, with a truly timeless beauty.

Bonifacio is a very picturesque town at the southern end of Corsica, facing Sardinia. With its white limestone cliffs plunging into the blue ocean, Bonifacio remains a favorite spot for visitors, whether they admire the city from the top of the cliff or the comfort of their yacht.

Yacht charter in Corsica

Attention. In high season, you may need to book your berth in advance. In fact, the demand can be very high in some cases and the numerous luxury yachts that ply the waters of Corsica can sometimes decide to head to the same moorings at the same time.

We also want to highlight a very important aspect. Corsica offers wonder and pure nature, splendid sea, ports among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean even if it requires attention in navigation. Precisely for this reason we suggest you choose well the yacht, catamaran, motor boat rental company. It is very important never to underestimate that this stretch of sea is as fascinating as it is dangerous if you do not have the right experience in navigating it.
