30% APA is standard
A security deposit may be requested for corporate charters
Tax Status:
The rates do not include the VAT
Charterer pays the VAT in all cases when applicable
Special Conditions:
A crew gratuity is customary and given at the charterer’s discretion.
Satellite TV where geographically available.
Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed in all cruising areas.
Use of any personal watercraft is at the operator’s sole risk and is only permitted subject to the operator having the applicable license and meeting local regulations.
For corporate charters, the Charterer is responsible for all additional expenses such as deck protection, tents if any, berthing fees, outside catering if any, additional staff if any.
